Thank you for your recent review and I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience in the recruiting process.
Most of our initial calls are done via video, however, unfortunately technical difficulties outside of our control can sometimes prevail. I’m unsure whether the scheduled call was via telephone or video in this instance.
