Standard process, the recruiter is very professional and helped me schedule the phone screen and onsite very quickly. The HM is very nice and he didn't ask challenge or tricky question. I had 4 onsite inverviews. Two sessions the interviewers were 10 minutes late without any explanation or apologies. There was one session with the senior manager, he asked me to share my screen to write code instead of using the codepad. The session with engineers went quite well, they asked reasonable technical questions. One thing I felt uncomfortable was that everyone was very curious why I am leaving my current company (one of the FANNG) and every interviewers spent lot of time on this question, which I felt frustrating after repeated lots of times.
