This was a newly created position when I had my screening call. It was a lovely phone conversation (at least to me) but they only asked me 1 or 2 questions. I sent a thank you email the very next morning. Following the next day I checked the job listing again, they changed the city location (out of my state now) and added a salary range that included a whole paragraph about why they decided on this range ( mind you a salary was never listed in the original post & I never ask about salary in my interview because I was very interested in the role. So far I have been Ghosted!
