What "superpower" will you bring to the office? - This was probably most stupid and inappropriate question I have been asked so far in my professional career. I'm not seeking employment for comedy sketch group, I'm a QA Analyst, there is no reason to test my wit. Questions like that usually a red flag , telling me that company is more about "appearances" rather than efficiency. I was disappointed not to receive offer or even follow back email although I pretty much nailed every question, however I saw something on their website which described their stance on some modern social issue that I found incredibly offensive . I try to be as open minded and non judgemental as possible and understand that there are different view points on things but that was just....wow. In the end things worked out well for me so , oh well.
