TruckerFi interview questions

I had personally previously met the interviewer prior to actually applying to the company, so our first call was more informal, chatting about life, what we liked about current/previous roles and companies, and a recent vet visit for their pet. We had 2 more formal interviews, where we discussed the region in detail, day-to-day expectations, my experience, and what challenges I might face. Overall, it was very pleasant! My rejection email was a bit of a shock, since I was told in my last interview that they would hire me if it was up to them, which it mostly was, but it was still professional and I'd rather receive a rejection than not hear back at all!
