My interview process,
First, refer turcomp linkedin if any job opening. Then i directly go to Turcomp webpage and apply in the website.
A lot of question need to be answered. Most of the question are about yourself, experience, attitude test etc. No technical test (if i not mistaken lah). Your answers need to be in essay format, with a detailed response.
If youre lucky, the company will call you for an iv with manager directly. Only 2 stage of iv (1st is HR, 2nd is dept manager). The interview questions are mostly similar to those in the essay.
