Probably the most positive, enjoyable interview process I've experienced. Felt supported the whole way through and I appreciated the efficiency of the process. Following on from the initial screening and assessments, I was invited to the "final stages". It was basically a 3 part process that took place over the course of a few days: Part 1) Two separate interviews with Turnkey team members that involved a presentation and some standard motivational/competency questions. Part 2) Immediately after these interviews, I spoke to a current Analyst at Turnkey. This was more informal and supposedly "not assessed", but I think they do still take into account your attitude, engagement with this Analyst, etc. Part 3) A social mixer event where we had the chance to meet with current Turnkey employees and they could judge our interaction style, fit with the team etc in an environment that is both casual and professional. These three stages all occurred between Monday – Wednesday of the same week, and I heard the final outcome a few business days later; so overall this interview process took about 1 week. I appreciated this efficiency but at the same time everybody I spoke to was very engaging, there was no attitude of wanting to get through or accelerate the interviews for the sake of efficiency. The CEO, Richard Hunt, also couldn't attend the social mixer event, but as he still wanted to personally speak with the finalist candidates, individual virtual meetings were later arranged for us to speak to him. Again, I really appreciated that touch and it was really positive that the CEO wanted to be directly involved in the process, and to me that spoke volumes about the culture around Turnkey. The HR contact, Elizabeth, was also really helpful, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed, the feedback she gave me after the final outcome was very genuine and considered. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about this process or the people I met, they were all extremely intelligent, welcoming, and friendly.
