Two stage interview process. 1st stage is with HR from Sofia - SEGA, second is with the studio. Standard background checks. Pay with SEGA up to 30K max for this type of role. They never got back until the role was filled, after the 1st interview despite numerous emails prior, informing you that "they're still deciding", poor practice imo.
