Phone interview and then interview with the hiring manager for the role. Pretty standard interview overall for the position. General questions around why US bank and why the role as well as experience
There were three interviews. First one was a phone call with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. Third one was with a second manager. Took awhile to hear anything back after all the interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Felt comfortable during the interview process. HR did a great job of communicating with me along the way and the hiring manager provided detailed information around the position applied for. US Bank seems like a great place to work and I plan to continue looking for new opportunities there.
