I was contacted by a recruiter through a contracting compartment who had a phone interview with me and then I had a phone interview with the managers which was very relaxed and more of a conversation with the typical “tell us about a time when” questions mixed in.

What do you do when there isn’t a black and white solution to a project you’re working on?
Short and Sweet and was very friendly . I had a great discussiom with management and knew it was a good fit. They were honest about what they needed for the position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2016
Interview
After having responded to an internal recruiter email, we set up a time to call and discuss a few options but no specific position. I thought it went well, spoke for over one half hour. He requested my resume which I needed to update before sending. I sent it to him and he suggested that it could be longer but he would send it along to a hiring manager in the particular field.
That was over one month ago and no response so far.
