      It was a pretty simple process. I was called by the recruiter out of the blue then got a video interview the next day. They asked me 4 questions about my prior experience in Customer Service roles. Challenges and "what did you do in this situation?" questions.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

      I applied online and got an email back right next day for a phone screening. After that, one more phone interview from a HQ and one phone interview with a manager from the department I applied for. And then he called me back a few hours later to schedule a in-person interview. It seems to happen really quick. However, after an interview, I was told that it would take a week to hear from them.

      1. How will you handle the stress? 2. What will you do when you have conflicts with coworkers? 3. Tell me a time when you had a difficulty with a group. 4. Do you like working alone or working with others? 5. When was the hardest for your job performances and how did you resolve the issue? 6. When you get a call from an angry customer, what will you do?
