Email application process and received one to one interview with the department manager of Mortgage Operations. The work location was desirable with a pleasant work environment Salary was not mentioned or discussed which I found odd.

It was way too structured. They had a set of questions that they asked but never talked to me like I was a real person. They ask a lot of situation questions; "tell me and a time you under a lot of pressure at work", "tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult co-worker."
