Branch Manager asked me about my education and professional skills. After 13 years of experience in the same field he was 100% sure i'll be a great asset in the branch team. My numbers and my work show this
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
