I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2016
Interview
Already working with the company so I reached out to a recruiter for advice on how to properly go about applying and/or reaching out to management at Fund Admin. The recruiter then performed a 15 minute phone screening and decided I should interview with management. I had one 3 hour interview. Each hour was with a different team within Fund Admin. The entire interview process from contacting the recruiter until hearing back was about 2 and a half weeks.

Interview
The interviewer read off a script of questions of behavioral questions. Seems to be mostly behavioral focused and less on your resume. Overall, it was an average interview that you do not have to prepare much for unless you are not skilled in behavioral questions.
