It was an incredibly long process with four interviews, during which I met around 20 team members. This raised concerns, but I continued because of my interest in the mission. The final interview required me to take vacation leave, prepare a presentation, and travel to their office without reimbursement. During that interview, it was clear that the hiring manager was disengaged and disinterested from the start, which was disappointing. I was also told the final interview would include leadership and the CEO, but that was not the case. They should have rejected me earlier to save me time and money. The entire process was very time consuming, only to receive a rejection with no feedback.
