The process included multiple video interviews followed by one onsite interview. I was also asked to give a presentation and complete a technical quiz. During the process, I met with several members of the management team. The interview questions and discussions were relevant to the role and aligned well with the position’s responsibilities.
I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Compliance (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
HR rep set a phone interview time and then didn’t call in for it. Left me sitting for 45 minutes before I gave up. I emailed her to let her know that wasn’t a great impression of the company and that I was no longer interested in the position. Hours later I got an email saying something else came up. If this is how they handle candidates I don’t want to know how they deal with employees.

Question 1
Why bother applying with a company that flakes on interviews
We are sorry this was your first impression of U.S. Compliance. We value your feedback and take your concerns seriously. We strive to provide a great candidate and hiring experience and acknowledge that we fell short here.
If you are open to it, we would love to ask for your understanding and provide another opportunity to talk about career opportunities at our organization. Please reach out directly to Amanda Caspers, Sr. Director - People & Culture at acaspers@uscompliance.com. Thank you, and again our apologies.
They were very friendly and asked basic questions. You have to take an assessment and demonstrate excel knowledge. Took about 30 minutes. Seems like a very nice company to work for.
