Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at UJET in Mar 2022
The interview process is very long. First you will interview with the recruiter. After you pass the initial screening I was interviewed by the hiring manager for an hour. The overall conversation was very positive and I was selected to go on to the next round. The next interview was conducted by a PM who was conduction an exercise on how to build a product. After I passed that I was reinterviewed by the hiring manager for an hour and went through a PM exercise on how to build a specific feature. One more I was passed on to two additional interviews where I talked about my process on how to build a product and high level UI/UX. They scheduled those last three interviews one after an other for three hours straight. At the end the they decided that my skill level was not sufficient enough for the team. I am not mad that I did not get the offer. My advice to the team is to make a decision after the second or third interview. Don't make the candidate spend all this time and not provide specific feedback on what you disliked about him/her.
- How would you build a product for a Electric Company that has a black out period.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UJET in Feb 2022
The Interview process was efficient, thorough and effective. The company members laid out their expectations and needs and were very direct in their questions and candid in their feedback. The process moved quickly with respect for my time.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UJET (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
This was one of the best interview experience. I had 4 rounds of interview with HR, Hiring Manager, CSE Team and management. Interviewers were very professional and respectful and asked really good questions around my skill set for this role. Gave me opportunity to ask questions and shared information about the company and the product. Overall the hiring process was smooth with great communication by the HR.
- Cannot disclose questions because of NDA Everything was asked from my resume and past experiences.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UJET in Oct 2021
The interview process went very smooth and did not involve a ton of interviews. Over all the process moved very quick. The interviews I did have were on time, informative and not too difficult. I would say it was one of the better processes that i have been through.
- Why I was considering a move? What was I looking for in my next role? Long term goals?

Anonymous Employee
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UJET in Oct 2021
Interviews moved quickly, which I loved! I met all the relevant team members and partners through the process. Interviews were two-way discussions, which included a balance of focused and challenging questions, and interviewers sharing information about their experience at UJET and what to expect in the role.
- What do you see as the key priorities for the role based your discussions with the team?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UJET in Oct 2021
The interview process was great. I spoke with several folks and was fit in right away. The entire process took only a few weeks. Everyone was respectful of my time and treated me kindly.
- How do you see us scaling compliance?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UJET in Jul 2021
Applied online. First video call was with Recruiter which I felt went pretty well. Second video call was with Hiring Manager. I was told that I would hear back from Recruiter regarding next steps. I followed-up every week for two weeks and never heard back. Maybe it is a good company to work for, but ghosting a candidate is pretty unprofessional.
- Have I worked with GRC programs and applications?
- Any experience with starting a GRC program and set-up on the system?

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UJET in Jun 2021
Similar to other small web companies, the first call was a short conversation with the hiring manager. Then a 4 or 5 hour "virtual onsite" via zoom sessions with multiple engineers and managers. That included technical questions, pair programming and conversations about topics like agile development since they are big on it. Included a conversation with VP of engineering for some big picture questions.
- Program a strstr type function, then upgrade it to an indexed search.

Anonymous Employee in Salt Lake City, UT
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at UJET (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2021
My interview process took about 8 months. Due to UJET being a new startup the position that I have was not needed when I started interviewing. UJET knew that they wanted someone in this strategic role and due to my experience/background, they started early to find the right person/. The person referring me kept in touch and we had period conversations and multiple interviews throughout the 8 months. As soon as the need for this role was available the interviewing process went VERY fast - 1 week.
- Due to the importance of this role, the questions were surrounding my connections, background, and experience. This role is a "builder" role so they wanted to make sure that I had built this role elsewhere before.

Anonymous Employee in Philadelphia, PA
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UJET (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2021
I wish all interview processes were like what I experienced with UJET. Over the course of seven days I met with various sales leaders along with key members of their executive team. During each interview each person clearly explained their role within UJET and what makes the company unique. They explained the next steps after each meeting. The process was very quick. I had an offer in less than 10 days. Very positive experience.
