You are asked to wait in a room alongside other candidates, and asked to watch a video, and then you are interviewed by the manager in groups of 4. The manager then asks you each different questions.

You are helping a customer, and another customer comes to ask you for help, what do you do?
Very straight forward, comes in 2 stages. First is a psych call and the second is a traditional interview asking normal questions. Manager is very kind and made process easy
It was a group interview with a lot of pressure. I don’t know why, but even though I stood out in the group, I didn’t receive an offer. I was the one who organized and summarized the group discussion questions at the time.
