Hiring was a breeze and the interview was straight forward enough. Basically went in a group on a tour of the facility and were shown each department. we went in for a personal interview and they called me the next day.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
