I applied through the UPS website and it took 1 week to get an interview. After the interview process I was working in 2 weeks. The process was easy, given it was my first time working.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
