Meeting with HR supervisor for interview. They asked questions about my educational experience and why I’m interested in the field. Asks about organizational skills. Does follow up phone call and does background check over phone.

The interview was an easy, informal conversation. They basically just went over and asked questions concerning my resume. The interviewers seemed like they genuinely cared about learning more about me and how my past experience could be translated to the role
