Interview
15 people showed up and got back ground checked. They call you back for a 2nd interview. They asked very few questions and ended offering me the job at the end. After this they called me back the following week for training.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
