I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
Applied online and went for a brief interview at human resources. No knowledge based questions were asked. From there had one more "interview" which was more of a tour and a chance to meet my manager. Most training happens on the job
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Boston, MA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I took a very easy management assessment test, background check and was offered the job right away. The job is easy to get, however if you don't work out you are just as easily replaced in less than 30 days.
I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty standard in terms of the process. First the phone interview which I got in about a week then it led to an in person interview. Everything was one done in a timely fashion and I did receive the offer
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
I worked hard as a hourly employee, someone took notice and asked me about management. I took the easy MAPP test and in two weeks I was running the Local Sort. No questions, no interview, no other process.

Question 1
No actual interview, the hardest part about being promoted was not being trained.
