it's a personal veichel driver. they need you deliver the packages by using you own veichel. basically is a phone call interview, then oreintation, including safety operation and some knownlege about the logistic, and how to use their device, the last is to check you vechiel.
The interview process is simple. You submit your application, they review it, and will call you in for a meeting for the interview. I was transitioned from a warehouse worker to the position.

Are you open to helping others if needed if short on drivers?
Their recruitment/setup process or lackthereof is not timed well and is very confusing. Tried to setup road test before an actual interview or being offered a position. Left a bad taste in my mouth. So decided not to go any further with this company.
