I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Winchester, KY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied for this position online on 02/21/2018 and received a phone call on 03/08/2018 to set up an in person interview on 03/15/2018. Around 03/27/2018 I was offered the position which I accepted and received an accept/decline email as well as an email to consent to a background check and another one with instructions on setting up a drug test appointment at an approved location. A couple days later I also received a packet in the mail with instructions and documents on submitting my finger prints which I had completed at my local police department. After submitting all the required documents and info my orientation/training starts on 04/30/2018.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
