I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Portland, OR) in Feb 2015
Interview
Had to take a test online and then a test onsite a few days later. Neither assessment was too difficult. Got an email about a background check and then an email for an interview. There were about sixty people at the interview and after a few supervisors gave an honest description of the job everyone got interviewed individually. Got an email for a drug test later that day.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
