Applied online and was sent to go take the test. After I passed I was set up for a face to face interview. Interview was quite simple for the most part just questions about work history, personality, and skills.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
