I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Glassboro, NJ) in Mar 2021
Interview
I interviewed once and had an excellent experience and then never heard back. I interviewed a second time and submitted my background check (I don’t have anything negative, no crime or judgments, no major credit issues) and they just never got back to me again. I called and they said it must have slipped through the cracks and to reapply in a few months. Despite receiving and accepting an offer, I never ended up working for USPS.
No interview really. Once you get called in they don't even interview you. Just need to pass the background check. I thought I was going to get interviewed but they just finger printed and asked basic questions about yourself. Again it wasn't an interview. I already had the job, they just want to place you where you want to go.
Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Very unexciting too.
