USA Prime Baseball interview questions

"The interview started out with the interviewer explaining the role and company and then began asking questions about my background which I explained. All was normal until I asked about employee retention and % of reps hitting their quotas. They explained that they have high turnover but didn't give a great response as to why. My guess is bad management & training. They seemed to blame it on reps "not getting the job done and not being a true hunter"."
