Very through process.
First phone interview, followed by an on site 1:1 interviews, background check (complete) and drug tests.
Once accepted, have to go through a New Employee Orientation which is an excellent way to present the culture and philosophy of the company.

An intitial screener interviewer with a couple recruiters over the phone, then a day-long interview process involving behavioral interviews with multiple directors and younger analysts, as well as a technical component working through a financial problem within a group of three candidates.
It was comprehensive and case based. Two in person interviews, one on campus. Interviewed with multiple people. Had a background screening. Had a drug test. Met a lot of people in the process. Interviewers were outgoing and kind.
