It was an easy process. They have you do a a computer exam for your personality testing and contact center computer test, then a phone interview and an in person interview.

Question 1
I honestly can't remember a question I was asked. My interview process was a while ago at this point. There wasn't anything out of the norm though.
The interview process is relatively straightforward. For any contact center role, they take into account any customer-facing positions you’ve had in the past and prioritize your most recent experience. Having at least some knowledge of the military community helps as USAA remains loyal to its member base, which is composed mostly of those who were in the military or have had family that served.
