Phone screen followed up by in person interviews on USAA's campus in San Antonio. The in-person interview was a mix of single person and group interviews with both legal and non-legal staff.

Several interviewers expected detailed knowledge of USAA Bank's structure, knowledge that wasn't necessarily public knowledge.
Several people interviewed me in a series of six interviews. Some were by ohone and 3 were in person. All were very challenging and were full of lists of questions. It was a script. Hard to connect
