2 rounds interviews one on my campus and one at USAA. The first round was basic behavioral questions and a brain teaser non technical. The second round was a set of partner interview with other applicants and one on 2 interview me and 2 mangers. The 2nd was behavioral and technical. Also a design question was asked

40 minute 3 part coding assessment with increasing difficulty. You get to pick the the language yourself, I chose python. During the interview, there is not enough time so solve each questions. I solved 1/3 questions. I didn't pass the sample test for 2/3 of the coding questions.
