Interview
They came to college to recruit, then interview on campus, then they fly you out to San Antonio for second interview.
The people were great and the USAA campus is amazing.

Question 1
First part of second interview is group interview.
They will ask you to do a Sudoko and just wanna see how you work together. Then you have an estimating question. Then you have a design question.

Interview
It was pretty simple process, I had an interview with them at a NSBE career fair, adn I talked to the recruiters and they were awesome. they scheduled me an interview, and I did ok so they asked me to join them on their candidate dinner later. A few weeks later they flew me down to San Antonio for an interview and a few weeks after that I got the call for an offer

Interview
Met Campus recruiter, made it to the last round where they fly you out. Stay in hotel etc.
on site you get two interviews:
1) on a team , where you try to make your partner look good
ex) team game of Sudoku and then a design plot for app
2) is a one on one with two managers
- they ask you one behavioral question , a question where you have to order something by following directions(read paper carefully) , then they ask "design this" question where basically you describe how you would make it.
