Interview
One 30 minute interview with talent acquisition personal. Goes over position, hours, background, salary, location, and training schedule. One hour interview with the hiring manager. Goes over scenario based questions. Can be shorter or longer than an hour.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
