USAA Customer Service - Bank interview questions

The process took about a month. After doing the assessment I was contacted to schedule my first interview the next morning. The interview took place a week later, the second interview took place 2 weeks after that and I was contacted a week/week and a half later with a conditional offer. Had to pass a background and drug test and those results came back a few days later.
