Interview
I was already working in a startup company so I had a few months of experience there. For me, the interview was about my experience, learning process, projects I have worked on and my contribution to the current company. Also a bit of technical questions and thats it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at USEReady (Bengaluru) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied through a recruiter and process took around 15+ days. I had given 4 rounds of discussion with Useready. It was one of the worst and weird interview experience I ever had.
1st Round is theoretical discussion based on SQL and Tableau.
2nd Round is practical discussion which will take 3-4 hrs of your time. It will be conducted virtually on Zoom. They will not even ask you which domain you have worked and will provide you random data sets and ask you build dashboard. I mean nobody has so much of time to spend for live practical sessions.
They wont even conduct this session on Weekend and if you ask HR to schedule they will directly say no for weekend.
3rd Round will be manager discussion. It was good interaction but I had hard time to understand him due to his accent.
4th and final round will be HR discussion. It is all about USEReady and its culture. No salary discussion is done. One random day surprisingly you will receive offer letter. This is one of the weirdest HR interview I ever had.
I was already holding an offer which was much better than what Useready offered me. They offered me way too less than that without doing any salary discussion.
When I discussed with my recruiter, response was this is what maximum we can offer.
Advice- Do not waste someone's time if you cant afford them
