The first interview was fine, description of the company and discussed my experiences from my resume. He asked follow-up questions from my experiences and what I do outside of work. He then told me he would email me with next steps in the process. Two weeks later I recive an email from him asking to problem solve one of his problems the company was currently facing and write about my solution. I put time into this solution and never hear back, not even a rejection email.
