Everything went as expected and followed a clear process. First, I had a one-on-one interview with my future manager. After that, I received a case study to work on, with one week to prepare my response. Once completed, I presented my solution to the entire team. We had a productive discussion, during which they asked me follow-up questions, and I also had the opportunity to ask them more about the team dynamics and work environment.
