Uline Customer Service interview questions

It was the weirdest interview process ever, felt very cult like. Started as a group thing and then went to a giant room one on one with someone. They seemed like the kind of company to truly think of people as numbers instead of human beings.

Applied for many jobs, always an automated ‘NO’. I did recently get a text response for an administrative assist for operations role. I was offered an interview that started with some testing at home (4 tests - about an hour) went onsite for an interview and did more testing the day of the visit. the recruiter said she would follow up in 2 days. I have since emailed a few times and called and I am being ghosted. Surprised such a sophisticated company would handle the interview process like this. All the testing and onsite visit was time out of my work day and I would have expected a follow up, or a decline at very minimum. Dissapointing to say the least.
