Some parts of the interview process are very unnecessary. I feel like I was taking the ACT or something all over again. There was a brief phone screen then she scheduled an interview. She said to check my email for a couple things to do before the interview. There were like 4 assessments before the first interview. When you finally get to the first interview, you take 2 more tests before even speaking with somebody. The interviewer was nice, but I tried to answer her question by relating my experience from a job that was not listed on my resume. She cuts me off and then asked about another job like if she was not even listening. I felt like she asked most about the one job that seemed irrelevant, so it made me feel like I was coming off under qualified. Overall, I actually thought I did really well, but two weeks later I get an email saying they decided to take me out the process...
