I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Got a call from the HR and scheduled for the initial interview. As arriving 10 mins early, was greated by the front desk lady, the waiting area was clean and neat. 20 mins later, the HR rep came out and lead me into the first floor which is the call center, and then second floor the sales flloor. She asked me to take two timed tests and said if you pass the test you will be contiued to the interview phase.
Which later I passed the screening and moved into a little interview room and discussing the nature of the job, company, the timed calls, the restrictions with call center.
A week after was sent a letter stating not hired due to the "Unrelated major to the position which applied"

Question 1
Are you able to close a conversation (any) within 2 mins and satisfy the needs of the customer which who was calling?

I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
