Interview
The interview process was intense.
First, all applicants (about 12-15) are left in a room to take 2 timed assessments. These are graded immediately, but grades aren't shared with applicants.
One by one each applicant is pulled to an interview room. If you pass your tests and the first interview goes well, you move to a separate testing area for two more assessments.
Generally there will be 1-3 additional interviews, all with different people.
If you pass the interviews, you will be sent home to take 3 more assessments online and must provide references.

The interview questions are basic, what do you know about Uline, what are your strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work here, etc.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
