Interview
It was a first time phone interview, very short and to the point. I like first time interviews to feel more like a conversation so we can get to know each other a bit and that was not at all what it was.

Do you mind wearing stockings and a skirt to the office?
Had to take lots of aptitude tests, at least 5. Majority were math and program related. Interview was pretty standard, but definitely had to prepare in advance. Things moved fairly quickly and they were good with communication.
