A recruiter will screen you over the phone and then will schedule an in-person interview. You will take a few assessments including a number series, recognizing patterns and a typing test. As you interview with HR and the leadership team you will be asked scenario based questions.

Interview
Walk in Kenosha branch. Took two math assessments (matching and patterns), Typing assessment, personality test, Spelling test, 3 interviews from basic HR recruitment to a department head. They keep saying everything sounds perfect. And at the last minute, bait and switch you to an entry level offer for Rep position hours 12-8:30pm. It is a waste of my time, waste of their time. They are either assuming you are desperate or enjoy wasting time. I was so Excited and wasted 3 weeks of my time. They are not eating ever hiring for leave position and promo within current, they should not post this job to fill, they are not hiring for it. During interviews, the people giving them could not answer why they liked working there. All employees seemed unhappy And it felt micromanaged to the core.
