      Interview

      Multiple candidates brought in for battery of old-school clerical skills testing during which the facilitator noted that “speed and accuracy are very important”. Focus on standardization, scripted response for phone calls, and absolutely NO job description. Interview was clearly a casting call to build a pool of potential assistants, not for the advertised role. Uline’s focus is standardization vs innovation; compliance vs improvement. Female employees are required to wear skirts, dresses and pantyhose. Uline’s reputation in SE Wisconsin is beyond poor. They are consistently looking for employees for a reason,
