I applied online and they called me within a week. I went to the interview with another person and all she asked us was "what do you want to do when you grow up" and "tell me about yourself." I got the job on the spot, filled out my paperwork, went home, and started the next day!
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
