Interview
I originally applied for assistant management position. I got Called in for an interview and it ended up being 2 people interviewing us. I was the only one with retail experience as well as a cosmetology license. They then said beauty advisor and arch expert were the positions they were hiring for.. so I went with it and thought arch expert sounded fun too. They told me they would call whether it was a yes or a no later that day. 4 days later I got a call and the lady said she didn't have my info and had been trying to get it within that time. Understandable, so she called for a technical interview. She told me she would talk to the store manager and figure out a time. 2 days later, nothing.. so I called about 3 times within 2 days and left messages.. nothing. Then called one more time and she didn't answer and then she called and left a msg and I called again few times and nothing. FINALLY she texted me saying she was still figuring things out. This was about 2weeks later. Finally we planned on a Saturday. I woke up that Saturday and got ready (she hasn't responded to a time yet) and about 1pm that day she said we would need to reschedule. At that point I just gave up. Totally weird and unorganized...
I had 3 interviews. The general manager screened me, then I had a practical with the benefit regional area manager, then the Experience Manager interviewed me. It was extremely easy, just general interview kinds of questions. The practical was also easy, they just wanted to know I knew the general rules of waxing a brow.
