Interview
The first interview was over the phone and it consisted of basic questions like about my past jobs and why I wanted to work at Ulta. The second interview was a group interview and was very basic. A lot of "tell me about a time.." scenarios.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
