The online application was very long. It took almost an hour. Most of the questions were very general and basic regarding personality and work environment preferences. The application did ask for detailed information regarding previous employment and education so have that information handy! Dates, wages, location, phone number, contact name, etc.

The co-manager that interviewed me and one other girl in a group interview was so nice and outgoing. I've never felt so comfortable in an interview before, she really got to know us personally and not just our resumes.

Interview
The interview was a group interview and it lasted about 45 minutes long. The first interviewer came and asked questions then she brought in another store manager to interview us. The interviewers were very friendly and made sure that you understood their questions and made it very easy to talk to them. It was kind of hard to concentrate with the workers walking in and out but it wasn't too bad.
